Who processes the data
Your data is processed by JB Dev, Tbilisi, Georgia.
What we collect
From the order form: your name, email or phone number, the type of website and the description you write.
When the form is sent, also technical data: a salted hash of your IP address (the IP itself is not stored) and your browser type (user agent). They are used to protect against spam.
For site statistics: which pages you view, which website you came from, device type, browser, operating system, approximate country (from your time zone), time on page and scroll depth. Visitors are counted only by an anonymous hash that changes every day. This data does not identify you.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies or identifiers stored in your browser to track visitors, so there is no consent banner.
Why it is used
To reply to your request and prepare an offer, to protect the site from spam and abuse, and to improve the site. Your data is not used for marketing mailings.
Who receives it
Your data is never sold or shared. It is processed only by the services the site runs on: Railway (hosting), Neon (database, servers in the EU), Mailgun (sending email) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection).
How long it is kept
Form data is kept while your request or our cooperation is relevant. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what data is stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask for processing to stop. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (pdps.ge).
